Brightlink places a great priority on responding to law enforcement requests.
Subpoenas, court orders, and other law enforcement inquiries must be sent directly to Brightlink Communications, LLC. Our preferred communication method is via email.
If delivery by email is not possible, Brightlink also accepts delivery via U.S. Mail and overnight mail.

Please Note: All requests for records production should be accompanied by the appropriate subpoena, legal process and/or documentation and must name “Brightlink Communications” as the service provider. Also, all requests must include the sender’s name (and for criminal investigations, the law enforcement agency name), address, email address, and telephone number. Because Peerless does not generally provide service to end-user customers, its response may only include the name and contact information of the wholesale customer to whom that telephone number is assigned. A separate request must be sent to that carrier, service provider, or reseller to obtain subscriber or other information.
In compliance with the Federal Communications Commission Order concerning Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”), customer information cannot be released without a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other formal demand from an agency authorized to request such information.
